What inspires you?
I am all about people, I love to find out what drives different people to work hard for what they want. I like to understand what makes people tick and produce the most effective outputs. I like to trial new ideas and take some risks within my own business.
I am keen to learn new things, I like to understand what makes businesses more efficient or productive. I also love to pass on my knowledge and experience to others. Understanding HR strategies to maximise staff output is an interest of mine.
How do you switch off and relax?
In my personal life there is not much switching off, my husband and I love to stay active with our two pooches. You will either find us climbing on some cliffs or running on the trails of Cornwall. I feel so lucky to call Cornwall my home, so we try and experience as much of it as possible, even in the wet foggy days!
What is your guilty Pleasure?
This is quite specific – I love to sit somewhere warm with a hot chocolate (covered in cream and marshmallows) after a long coastal walk. Next to me are my two dogs and my husband watching the rain come in and hit the beach. Then realising we have a long walk back!
