Plate Spinning Made Easy
Plate Spinning? How to actually ‘Get Things Done’, easily.
9am – 3pm
St Austell Conference Centre
Kicking off 2020 we’re inviting Kate Doodson, co-founder of Cosmic UK, back to Cornwall to give businesses a deep dive into the new techniques that will actually ‘Get Things Done’. She’ll uncover the benefits of a Bullet journal, the secret of the tomato (all will be revealed) and why timeboxing is not the same as zero-inboxing.
This one-day session will look at the world of Cloud computing; software which best suits your own circumstances and makes sure everything is stored and backed up as easily and accessible as possible. We also check that the little handy extras in the big obvious programs (like Office 365 and Google Suite) are not passing you by either.
By the time you leave you’ll know your Kanban from your Scrum and be on nodding terms with the Agile mindset.
Some of this will apply to you and some won’t, but the insights and learning you take from the day will save precious time and keep your business’s engine purring smoothly.
Finally, you’ll find out the apps that will work for your business and create your own action plan to develop lasting change.
What can you expect from the day?
Watch Unlocking Potential Programme Director Allyson Glover in conversation with Kate Doodson for a catch up on our Espresso last month on ‘Productivity Boosting Apps’ and what lies in store for our follow up session ‘Plate Spinning Made Easy’.
