Olivia Khadka – Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager
As a proud St Just girl with a huge love and passion for Cornwall, Olivia has grown up, lived and worked in the county for most of her life. Her big passion is supporting and developing people and as a Business Development Manager, qualified business coach and mentor she is brilliantly placed to achieve this, commenting on her role at UP as ‘the best job I’ve ever had.”
Growing up and living within Cornwall’s creative environment is something close to Olivia’s heart and she loves working closely with the wealth of talented, creative businesses in the county.
She has worked with both established and start-up businesses in Cornwall for over 10 years and has an MA Honours degree in Social Anthropology and Art History. She also has seven years teaching and training experience following her PGCE from the University of Exeter and ILM 5 in Leadership and Management.
Whilst not working with start-ups here at UP, Olivia plays the cello and sings in the renowned 50 Degrees Choir. She also loves painting and illustrating in her spare time as well as cycling, walking and swimming and is completely obsessed with her black Labradors and her beautiful daughter.
