Jennie is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach and also works as Consultant Learning Manager for the School for Social Entrepreneurs.

Jennie is a creative thinker who loves supporting entrepreneurs and communities to transform their ideas into business, environmental and social value. She is thrilled to join the Unlocking Potential team as a Business Development Manager on the Future Focus team and brings with her many years of experience working with businesses on implementing low carbon technologies, new processes, resource efficiency, achieving clean growth and embracing innovation.

She is a passionate environmentalist focussing on mobilising action to tackle the wicked and urgent challenge of climate change.

She has a degree in Environmental Biology, began her career as a research scientist at the Plant Breeding Institute in Cambridge and has worked on environmental and social projects in Europe and Asia. She has previously worked as Business Development Manager for City College (Plymouth), Environmental Business Mentor for the Groundwork Trust, Lead Consultant for Business Innovation and Knowledge Exchange for The Cornwall College Group and as a consultant for Business Link and the NHS.
