Holly joined the Unlocking Potential team in 2016 as a Start-up Business Development Manager having spent 10 years in the banking industry, and in 2018 moved to managing the Client Services team.
As a Commercial Relationship Manager Holly built a wealth of experience supporting a large portfolio of clients with a range of services to help them start, grow and develop their businesses.
She also has experience in leading and developing teams.
Whilst working full time Holly completed a degree in Banking Practice and Management, and also qualified as a Mortgage Advisor. In 2012, along with her husband, Holly decided to see what life on the other side of the fence was like and successfully launched and ran a café business in Cornwall, working in every aspect of the business and experiencing the challenges of running a small business first hand!
