People are wary, they may find you on social but they may double check you on Google. They want trust and communication, so think about how you can build this early. Share reviews but also ask for testimonials and reviews on Google and Facebook.
Think about ‘Q5’
Q5 is Facebook’s term for Twixmas (the bit between Christmas and New Year) – this is growing in popularity as a key online shopping period.
Build your audience early
Build your audiences on social media before Black Friday (26 November) by using competitions, giveaways and free samples – these things give you enough time before Christmas to get that customer into your sales funnel.
