Test your Innovative Ideas (without spending a fortune)

Date: 19 November

Time: 9.30 – 12.30

Facilitator: Niall McKeown

Overview of topic

Do you have a head full of ideas to innovate your business but not sure how to test them? Welcome to Niall’s playground!

In this interactive morning, Niall McKeown from Ionology will take you on a journey using practical tools and resources, driven by data, to help test your new ideas.

Starting with the customer in mind and using Niall’s rapid prototyping board, you will discover ways to test new ideas quickly that will be analysed and backed up with data to evidence whether your new innovation could be successful.

What will be covered

  • How to test ideas without big budgets and bags of time
  • How to measure the results of newly tested ideas
  • How practical sprint product testing can remove the barrier to innovation
  • How to test that your solutions will work

Outcomes:

You will leave with the tools and skills to begin testing your new ideas in a data driven and evidence-based environment straight away and armed with the confidence that testing new ideas and innovating doesn’t require large resource and lots of time.  Plus the practical skills of how to build and test prototypes.
