Our Lab series are run over the course of 3 sessions. Please get in contact if a series has already started but you would like to get involved by calling the customer service team on 01209 617714.

This Lab series will give you the tools to quickly and effectively respond to disruption – in particular to a changing customer base. Your expert facilitator Trevor Lee will help you make the most of your sales with a particular focus on attracting and retaining customers. You’ll identify events, trends and circumstances surrounding customers and selling; which could significantly impact your future revenues. Importantly you will explore ways to organise your business to deal with it; anticipating change, minimising risk and seizing opportunities along the way. Together with a group of likeminded business leaders you will come away with new ideas and techniques to cope with such disruption

Along with your peers you will:
• Acknowledge and share your current sales challenges
• Explore ideas to develop a more innovative approach to the sales process
• Identify how to make your business more responsive to change
• Create a robust and agile approach to planning your future sales
• Maximise opportunities to retain and grow your customer base
• Understand how to spot and seize sales opportunities
