HOW YOUR BUSINESS CAN HELP SHAPE CORNWALL’S TOURISM FUTURE
“We need to ensure that we get the tourism that we want or we will get the tourism that we get!’ Malcolm Bell, Visit Cornwall
SESSION 1: LETS EXPLORE!
Do you want to better engage and keep the right visitors coming back for more?
Do you want to explore more effective and sustainable ways of operating?
Do you need time and insights in order to focus on understanding and innovating your business model ?
Do you want to share and learn from the experiences of others within the sector?
Led by the University of Exeter Business School’s Dr Laura Phillips, this collaborative group aims to support the immediate individual goals of your business, as well as the longer term strategy for Cornwall’s tourism industry as a whole.
Following on from our highly successful Tourism Business Breakfasts, we would like to give you the opportunity to focus on your individual business challenges and ideas. The group will kick off with an initial session exploring the big picture for tourism in the county and what data is telling us about future trends.
We will offer you the opportunity to better understand where you are now, what the challenges and barriers are and the space to consider where you want your business to go. Through this network we aim to share knowledge and ultimately to add value to your business and to Cornwall as a leading tourism destination.
