Emma Menmuir – Workshop Manager
Emma has always been interested in people and leadership and what motivates us to bring our best to work. Combining this with her passion for learning new things, she’s right at home in her role as Workshop Manager for Unlocking Potential. Emma particularly enjoys being able to plan interesting topics for workshops and events, meet great speakers, talk to businesses across Cornwall and travel to some great locations.
After graduating from Oxford, Emma followed a career in HR consultancy with Deloitte and Innocent Drinks before relocating from London with her family seven years ago. The move to Cornwall found her running the boarding operation at Truro High School, where, among other things, she oversaw the social lives of two houses of teenage girls. She originally joined Unlocking Potential as part of the ‘Stand Out from the Crowd’ team, helping support people looking for their next challenge at work and has since moved to work on the Breakthrough programme with small and medium sized businesses.
When Emma isn’t at work, she enjoys mastering her new SUP, sailing, wood burners and sourdough.
