Emma Menmuir – Employability Facilitator and Co-ordinator
Emma has always been interested in people and what motivates them at work. Having followed Unlocking Potential from afar for some time, she is delighted to have recently joined the Stand Out from the Crowd team to look after the role of Employability Facilitator and Co-ordinator while Chloe is on maternity leave.
After graduating from Oxford, Emma followed a career in HR consultancy with Deloitte and Innocent Drinks before relocating from London with her family five years ago. The move to Cornwall found her running the boarding operation at Truro High School, where, among other things, she oversaw the social lives of two houses of teenage girls for four years, filling her weekends with a wide range of activities across the county.
Emma is now looking forward to drawing on her experience as a recruiter and coach to support people with the knowledge and confidence that they need to make sure that their next career moves are the best that they can be.
When Emma isn’t at work, she enjoys gig rowing, sailing, wood burners and sewing.
